Booking Terms and Conditions

• Bookings run Saturday to Saturday.  For bookings of shorter duration, or extra nights, please contact us directly – we are happy to accommodate most requests in low season
• The number of people occupying the property must not exceed 5

1.2 – Arrival / Departure

• We kindly ask that you do not arrive before 4pm on the first day of your stay – this will give us adequate time to prepare the accommodation
• Please be ready to leave the property by 11am on the last day of your stay

1.3 – Damages and Breakages

• Guests are responsible for all contents in the cottage and breakages/damage must be reported and paid for on departure
• We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant
• We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions brought onto the premises

1.4 – Cancellations

• Cancellations must be notified immediately – in the event of a successful re-let any payment already made will be refunded in full, less any costs incurred by the owner
• We would only cancel your holiday if the accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control.   In this event all monies paid by you in respect of the cottage would be refunded

1.5 – Smoking

• Smokers are most welcome but we do have a strict no smoking policy within the cottage

1.6 – Pets

• Sorry, no pets allowed

1.7 – Internet access

• The cottage has free wifi internet access for use by guests.  Please note that blocking software is not in use and there may be sites that are inappropriate for use or viewing in a public setting.  We cannot control the content of sources found on the internet, therefore we do not accept responsibility for any loss of data, damage or liability that may occur from you accessing the internet service provided within the cottage
